I GOT KRITA WORKING
…well, not on mac.
But via bootcamp on my macbook. …close enough?
Anyway, I’m settled here in Italy now. Life is…very hectic, I’m very tired, and my housemates and I have gone to bed very early every day since arriving… ;o;
I shall try to have more to post soon before (and as) classes get underway!
Some sketches I did to figure out the composition for my next painting in my oil class.
The top is pretty close to what the finished composition will probably look like. The bottom is just random monster studies/sketch snippets.
I’m supposed to make a sociopolitical comment with this painting as per assignment. I’d…like to keep it largely metaphorical for my own sanity.

A portrait I did a very long time ago. Sims 3 + heavy photo manipulation and paint over.
Still, reasonably accurate for Elevar, and it’s a good enough representation of him with shorter hair.
