And done!

Freja is a half orc that lives in Thorngate, a small woodland town in my Pathfinder campaign. She works for the local butcher, where her primary job is handling the smokehouse.

Freja is a ranger, and her animal companion is a brown bear named Ksenia. I’ve frankly been delighted with how my players have reacted with her over the course of my campaign. I expected her to remain a background character, doing her thing while the players came and went; instead she’s become very important to them. They often bring back small gifts for her in their travels, such as exotic fabrics, upon learning that she enjoys sewing.

Um another WIP. I’m very pleased with how it came out. Things like doors and windows I added as tokens (furniture too!) so that they would be interactable.

One thing I’ve experimented with is granting all players “control” over tokens like lamps and stuff in the environment that they would be able to manipulate easily. It’s led to more people realizing “hmm that lamp still has oil in it! I can start a fire!” and creative uses like that.

Textures, as before, are from CG Textures.

I don’t upload stuff like this generally, but I figured it was neat enough to share. This map will probably change heavily before I use it, but I’m proud of it so far. Textures are primarily from CG textures. :0

This is a pretty early image. There’ll be more buildings when I’m done, and I may change how the farmland bits are re-partitioned. Eventually there will be small vegetable farms as well. Hm. And I’ll do a partial paint over to fine-tune where I don’t like how pure texture work came out.

Well, not an update on the half orc (sorry, Freja!) but I’m working on getting a ref sheet together for a character that’s needed one for a loooooong time. Elevar Ongluth.

Who’s body type has apparently confused so many people that YES, he’s getting a reference sheet so that I can just link it and go “like this.”

Elevar Ongluth, who…has for a long time just been referred to as “the fat elf,” in my D&D games, was the noble born sun elf wizard I played in what wound up being my first 3.5 game in a few years. We’ve since converted to Pathfinder, but it’s been a great game all in all, and a fantastic continuous world for the game I’m running now.

…which he’s an NPC in.

So, ref sheet, GO!

adalore:

It is a member of Andrian’s Pathfinder party, Sasha, he is a inquisitor who will have improve grapple later, otherwise he uses a hooked axe for trips and disarms.

He is a Moon elf that… is half celestial and(Doesn’t know)… which makes the template I put on Andrian way less powerful in compassion, but takes any qualms I had about the template away.

Adalore does it again ❤
